License: GNU Lesser General Public License v3 (COPYING.LESSER, which supplements the GNU GPL v3 in COPYING).

Moose Tracker uses this file only as a separate, replaceable library: it is loaded at run time
by mp3-worker.js through importScripts("lame/lame.min.js"). You may replace it with your own
build of lamejs (same API: lamejs.Mp3Encoder) when running a local copy or using your browser's
developer tools. That does not give you the right to copy or host the rest of Moose Tracker.
